In Math this week, we learned how to estimate. We practiced estimating with a measurement activitiy. We read a story called, Inch by Inch, and then we estimated the measurements of different objects. After we made our estimations, the students actually measured the objects with an inch worm. The students enjoyed this activity!

We celebrated the Ravens with our 5th Grade Partners on Wednesday!
One of our cheers involved the Ray Lewis dance!
After watching each group perform, we enjoyed some purple cookies and purple lollipops!
Thank you, 5th Grade friends!!
GO RAVENS!!!!
In Math this week we talked about tens and ones. The students worked with a partner to rotate to different stations that had a bag of cubes. They counted the cubes to make 10 and then counted the ones that were leftover. The students really enjoyed this activity and did an awesome job!
