Students in Math this week have been talking about the numbers 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. They have been practicing how to write the numbers correctly, using different objects to represent each number, as well as ordering numbers 1-15.

For this activity, the students traced each number with a glue stick and then placed tiny blue squares to represent each number. The number they were tracing had to eqaul the amount of blue squares they used.

Margaux Ann Armstrong turns 1 month old!

Hello, 6D!

My name is Margaux Ann Armstrong and I am Mrs. Armstrong's baby girl!

Today is my one month birthday!  To celebrate this special occasion,  Mrs. Armstrong took lots of photos of me with my favorite blanket.  Being a baby is a tough job.  You need plenty of sleep and food to ensure you grow to be big and strong.  Mrs. Armstrong read me the wonderful book you made and she has already told me so much about you!  I can't wait to meet you someday soon, 6D.  I'm sure by then I will be EVEN bigger!

xoxo
